Example:  A family was buying a home and couldn’t find one with a large enough main bedroom

The home buyer wanted a larger bedroom area than what existed in the home they were considering. Next to the bedroom was a small underused TV room. Removing most of the wall between the two rooms made for a huge, luxurious owner’s suite, which in turn made this house a perfect fit for them.

Example: A family suddenly expands, and their home feels cramped and lacking private space

This family, after being homebound for months, needed their home re-arranged. The great open floor plan didn't serve them when everyone was homebound 24/7. The parents needed a private area to work. With my guidance, we found areas in the floor plan to make private working areas, which also helped update the look of the whole home.

Example: A kitchen is in dire need of updates (like most homes)

I can help envision this and get it done and actually help to get it done.

A couple liked a home but it was in dire need of updates and they couldn’t envision how those updates might look or even how to get updates done. We solved that problem and helped the buyer envision and plan their dream kitchen.
